1. Return Eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unopened,
and in the same condition as received. Returns must be requested within
7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used pet care products
- Items damaged due to improper handling
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact
us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order number
and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to
an error on our part.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped,
cancellation requests will be treated as return requests.
